The last time time I compliled a small software program was 20 year ago. But, but, the "blasted" program has to be compiled. So I did a search for Tetgen and discovered that it is a small software mesh modeling program. The Meshlab plugins for Wings 3D mentions importing Tetgen "ele", and "face", files.
Recently I have become interested in attempting to create volume cubed Voronoi style meshes.
